I know orthodoxy is first two knuckles, and I don’t disagree, but whole fist has its benefits and I found most people do a lot better doing it this way. Here’s the pros and cons: First Two Knuckles: 👍 Pros: Great for precision 👎 Cons: Higher chance of wrist injury and can wear out knuckles over the years Whole Knuckle: 👍 Pros: Larger surface area, easier to land punches, keeps wrist fixed, added benefit of correcting your punch technique 👎
