Here's mine, personally I think its a bit early to say what the full impact will be, but one thing I know, if you make it more expensive for the landlords and more complex for the landlords to rent out property, more landlords will leave the space. The amount of property available will decrease, demand for the limited stock will increase, pushing rents up, and, in general, the extra costs will be passed to renters, increasing rents further.
